1. Payment Methods
Domain accepts payment through various methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment systems as displayed during the checkout process. We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at our discretion without prior notice.
All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of purchase. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
2. Pricing and Fees
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase completion.
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional fees, such as payment processing fees or international transaction fees, may apply depending on your payment method and location.
Domain reserves the right to modify pricing for services at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.
3. Billing Cycles
Services are billed according to the billing cycle selected during purchase. Available billing cycles may include monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual periods.
Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing cycle. Your payment method will be automatically charged on the renewal date unless you cancel prior to that date.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and accurate. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in service interruption.
4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize Domain to charge your payment method for the renewal amount.
Renewal notices will be sent prior to the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel if you do not wish to continue the service.
Renewal prices may differ from initial purchase prices. You will be notified of any price changes in advance of the renewal date.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card details, or any other reason, Domain will attempt to process the payment again. Multiple failed payment attempts may result in service suspension or termination.
You will be notified of failed payment attempts and given an opportunity to update your payment information. Account access may be limited until payment is successfully processed.
Domain is not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution due to failed payment attempts.
6. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the timing of the refund request. General refund terms are outlined in our separate Refund Policy.
Refund requests must be submitted through official channels. Processing time for approved refunds may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Certain services or promotional purchases may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy. You will retain access to services until the end of the paid period.
After cancellation, no further charges will be applied to your payment method. Reactivation of cancelled accounts may be subject to current pricing and availability.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider, your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation. Filing a chargeback does not guarantee a refund and may result in account termination.
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in permanent account closure and potential legal action. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
Resolution of payment disputes may take several business days. During this time, access to services may be restricted.
9. Taxes and Withholding
You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase. Domain will collect taxes as required by law in various jurisdictions.
If you are tax-exempt, you must provide valid tax exemption documentation prior to purchase. Tax exemption status will be verified before exemption is applied.
Tax rates and requirements may change based on your location and applicable laws. Any changes will be reflected in your billing.
10. Payment Security
All payment information is processed securely using industry-standard encryption and security protocols. Domain does not store complete credit card information on our servers.
Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party payment processors. Your payment information is subject to the privacy and security policies of these processors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and payment information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
11. Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes and discounts may be offered from time to time. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions and may have expiration dates.
Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotional pricing applies only to the initial billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
Domain reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time. Abuse of promotional codes may result in account termination without refund.
12. Service Modifications
Domain reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
Service modifications do not entitle users to refunds unless the core functionality is fundamentally altered. Alternative solutions or credits may be offered at our discretion.
Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.
13. Currency and Exchange Rates
Prices are listed in specific currencies. If your payment method uses a different currency, your financial institution will apply exchange rates and may charge additional conversion fees.
Domain is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or currency conversion fees applied by your financial institution or payment processor.
Displayed prices are estimates if currency conversion occurs. The final charged amount will be determined by your payment provider.
14. Late Payment
Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension or termination. Domain may assess late fees or interest charges on overdue amounts as permitted by law.
Suspended accounts may be reactivated upon payment of all outstanding amounts. Repeated late payments may result in account termination.
Domain may engage collection agencies or pursue legal action to recover unpaid amounts.
15. Account Credits
Credits may be applied to your account for various reasons including refunds, promotional bonuses, or service credits. Account credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Credits will be automatically applied to future purchases or renewals. Unused credits may expire according to terms specified at the time of issuance.
Upon account closure, unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
16. Business Accounts
Business accounts may be subject to additional payment terms including net payment terms, purchase orders, or invoicing. Contact our sales team for business account arrangements.
Business accounts may require credit approval and may have minimum purchase requirements. Payment terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Business accounts remain subject to these general payment terms unless superseded by a written agreement.
17. Changes to Payment Terms
Domain reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
